Hey peeps
Well I had my first weigh in at 11am today.. I was really nervous because I didn't wanna do this and it was all for nothing.. SOOOO I hoped on the scales with butterflies and I lost 2.3kgs so far!!!
Which is about 5 pounds in usa terms.. So its really good because I only did a little exercise so this week should be better with the exercise....So yay I'm happy and motivated for the week to come!!

LIFESTYLE CHANGE
So I've started my new life style change which is my "new" word for a diet but I don't like to call it a diet because then that means that I'm gonna break it.. ANYWAYS
I thought I'd start writing on here because I have so much to say and no one to tell it to so I'll tell the blog and who ever wants to read it..
So here goes I'm signed up to a eating plan and you have to do these things everyday
DAY ONE
Sucked butt.. sorry for the terminology but honestly I had some side affects head aches and cramps (they say is normal for detoxing) but I got through it with no temptations. Someone even came and dropped off some chocolates for a "late" christmas present.. (dang why did it have to be today) but anyways I got through it and then
DAY TWO
This was even crappier then day one haha
But I got through it. The hardest part is not snacking at night times you know when i have the usual chocolate or ice cream.. now its apple for dessert mmm yumm not.. well Im sick of them already..after Tamatea screamed all day I was sooo hoha and i wanted to break it but i withstood temptation.. I think that looking at my pot belly did it for me lol..haha
So I played the wii broke a high score which was hikairos then that cheered me up so I went to bed on a semi good not and NOT FULL
DAY THREE
They say by today as its the 3rd day of detox you should feel like you have alot more enery and full of life... and suprisingly I DID.. yay
I went for a 4km walk and just had a really good day.. I think I am trainning my body to feel full on water and stop cravings using water... So I've got my first weigh in on monday 9th of Feb excited about that.. but i will definately keep you all up to date!!
So send me all you positive vibes from whereever you are.. I NEED them..
My goal is to be down a certain amount of kilo's (alot but I dont wanna say) hah before my graduation on MAY 6th 2009.
All wish me luck!!! talk to yous tomorrow DAY 4...
Ohh and I'm doing Turbo Jam!! hard but good!! I'm gonna post a before pix but you can just look on my bebo lol...me now haha laters

- Drink 2 litres of water a day
- Eat pumkinseeds, seaseme seeds, linseeds and sunflower seeds every day a tablespoon of each
- Have a 5 hours yes I said 5 hour break between meals
- Weigh all food
- Start every meal with a mouthfull of protein
